Castle and Park Complex Regulations
in Krasiczyn

§1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The staff of the Castle and Park Complex in Krasiczyn (hereinafter: ZZPK) highly values your cooperation in complying with these Regulations, which are intended to ensure order, protect persons and property, and provide guests with a calm and safe stay at ZZPK.
  2. Entering the ZZPK area is equivalent to accepting these Regulations.
  3. ZZPK is not responsible for events resulting from non-compliance with these Regulations.
  4. The Regulations are available at the Kordegarda (security building) at the main entrance to the ZZPK area.
  5. ZZPK is under video surveillance. Only image (no sound) is recorded. Data from video surveillance may only be disclosed to entities cooperating in ensuring the security of persons and property and to entities authorized under legal regulations. Data recorded by surveillance cameras is stored for a period not exceeding 6 days from the recording date, after which it is automatically overwritten.
  6. Monitoring is conducted to ensure the safety of persons and property located in the ZZPK area. Detailed information about monitoring and guests' rights in this regard is available at the Hotel reception in the Carriage Pavilion.
  7. Guests of the Castle Hotel and Restaurant are also subject to the Castle Hotel Regulations in the Castle and Park Complex in Krasiczyn, available at the Hotel reception in the Carriage Pavilion and on www.krasiczyn.com.pl.

§2
RULES FOR STAYING IN THE CASTLE AND PARK COMPLEX IN KRASICZYN:

  1. Entry to the ZZPK is possible from 7:00 AM until dusk, latest until 10:00 PM.
  2. Entrance ticket prices apply according to the current price list.
  3. Please maintain silence, cleanliness, and order within the ZZPK area.
  4. Only sober persons are allowed on the ZZPK premises.
  5. Animals are allowed on the ZZPK premises only if healthy, with valid vaccinations and parasite protection, non-aggressive towards people and animals. Animal owners are fully responsible for their behavior and are obligated to clean up throughout the entire ZZPK area, including green areas. Animals may only be on the ZZPK premises on a leash.
  6. Only pedestrians may use the park pathways.
  7. Respect the greenery. Do not drive vehicles on lawns, sidewalks, or park paths.
  8. Authorized vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
  9. It is prohibited to stay in the Park during a thunderstorm, heavy storm, or strong wind. In such cases, proceed immediately to the nearest exit unless a staff member indicates another exit.
  10. The facility has the right to completely prohibit staying in the Park or in some places, especially under tree canopies. Threats identified in the Park are signaled, among others, by fencing off dangerous areas with warning tape, usually white and red, and by placing informational signs. Visitors are prohibited from entering the designated danger zones.
  11. To ensure peace and order in the Hotel, and to maintain safety and social coexistence, the Hotel may:
    1. use services of an external company providing direct physical security services,
    2. use monitoring security with information posted outside at the Hotel entrance.
  12. Persons on the ZZPK premises are obliged to comply with the instructions of the Internal Security Service staff and ZZPK employees.
  13. Persons disturbing peace and order or not complying with the Regulations may be required to leave ZZPK. In such cases, no refunds will be made for entrance tickets to ZZPK, Castle tours, or events held on ZZPK premises.
  14. Persons who threaten safety, physical or mental health, life of guests or ZZPK employees, those who harm the image of other guests or employees, have not settled their fees for stay (payment is collected in advance), have caused damage to ZZPK property or property of other guests, or harm a guest, employee, or other persons on ZZPK premises, are not allowed to stay and will be asked to leave the ZZPK area.
  15. ZZPK is not responsible for items left by guests in the Castle and Park Complex.
  16. Photography and filming are allowed only for private use, provided they comply with applicable legal regulations, do not threaten plants, animals, infrastructure, the image of ZZPK, its employees, and guests, do not disrupt tourist flow, and do not disturb visitors and guests.
  17. Use of the Hotel premises for photo or video shoots, including commercial, promotional, or provocative purposes, requires prior written consent from the Hotel and payment of a fee.
  18. The facility is not responsible for violations of personal rights of guests by third parties, including damages caused by recording and using their image.

§2 IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DO THE FOLLOWING ON ZZPK PREMISES

  1. Destroy plants, turf, lawns; pick flowers, fruits, mushrooms, or branches;
  2. Climb trees;
  3. Hang hammocks, swings, or other equipment on trees and shrubs;
  4. Enter ponds, canals, fountains, or other water bodies;
  5. Walk on ice on water bodies;
  6. Fish;
  7. Camp;
  8. Violate the protective zones of marked natural monuments;
  9. Walk outside designated paths and trails;
  10. Damage buildings, sculptures, benches, trash bins;
  11. Climb and sit on sculptures, monuments, railings, cornices, and other places not designated for this purpose;
  12. Drink alcohol outside designated areas (restaurants, cafes, and other places designated by the facility);
  13. Litter;
  14. Light fires or use flames, including grilling or bonfires;
  15. Conduct canvassing or door-to-door sales.
