Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions "50 PLN gross discount to be
used at the Hotel in Krasiczyn"
(hereinafter: Terms and Conditions)

I. Promotion Organizer

The organizer of the Ticket Promotion "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Castle Hotel", hereinafter referred to as the "Ticket Promotion", whose rules are specified in these Terms and Conditions, is: Industrial Development Agency S.A. based in Warsaw, ul. Nowy Świat 6/12, registered in the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number KRS 37957, NIP 526-030-02-04, share capital: PLN 8,082,743,000.00, paid-in capital PLN 8,082,743,000.00, represented by:

PRO ARTE ET HISTORIA Foundation based in Krasiczyn, Krasiczyn 179/124, 37-741 Krasiczyn, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division under number KRS 0000518786, NIP 795-252-97-11, acting on behalf of and for ARP S.A. based on power of attorney no. 311/2015 dated October 15, 2015.

II. Duration and Place of the Promotion

The Ticket Promotion "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Hotel in Krasiczyn" (hereinafter: Promotion) is valid from March 20, 2025, until further notice, exclusively at the Castle and Park Complex in Krasiczyn (hereinafter: ZZPK), Krasiczyn 179, 37-741 Krasiczyn.

III. Subject of the Promotion

1. The subject of the Promotion is granting ZZPK guests (hereinafter: Promotion Participant) a one-time discount of 50 PLN gross on accommodation at the Hotel in Krasiczyn when directly booking accommodation by phone at: (+48 16) 671 83 12, or by email: hotel@krasiczyn.com.pl, or directly at the Hotel Reception in Krasiczyn, simultaneously referring to the receipt number confirming the purchase of an entrance ticket to ZZPK area, i.e. to the park, castle tour, or parking (hereinafter: Receipt).
2. Bookings made through intermediaries are excluded from the Promotion.

IV. Conditions of participation in the Ticket Promotion

1. All Promotion Participants who during its duration simultaneously meet the following conditions may take part in the Ticket Promotion:
   1. The Promotion Participant must purchase an entrance ticket to the ZZPK area, i.e. to the park, castle tour, or parking.
   2. After purchasing the entrance ticket to ZZPK, the Promotion Participant receives a Receipt with a "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Hotel in Krasiczyn" (hereinafter: Discount).
   3. The one-time 50 PLN gross Discount can only be used on the basis of the received Receipt with the "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Castle Hotel" for the rental of one room.
   4. Only one Receipt covered by the Promotion can be used for the rental of one room.
   5. Receipts cannot be combined.
   6. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts and promotional campaigns.
   7. The Discount granted under the Promotion cannot be exchanged for another form, e.g., monetary or in-kind.
   8. The Discount granted under the Promotion is valid only within the period specified on it, i.e., up to 6 months from the date of issue of the Receipt with the "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Hotel in Krasiczyn". An unused Discount after this period expires (becomes invalid).
   9. In case of loss, destruction or damage of the Receipt with the Discount, duplicates will not be issued, and the holder has no claims in this regard.
   10. The Promotion Participant is obliged to present the original Receipt with the "50 PLN gross discount to be used in Krasiczyn" during check-in, entitling to use the Discount.
   11. Accommodation can be booked individually at the Castle Hotel Reception by calling the number: (+48 16) 671 83 12, or by email: hotel@krasiczyn.com.pl, or directly at the Hotel Reception in Krasiczyn. For telephone or email bookings, the Discount will be applied after presenting the Receipt with the "50 PLN gross discount to be used at the Hotel in Krasiczyn" upon check-in at the Hotel.
2. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions conducted at the same time at the Castle and Park Complex in Krasiczyn.

V. Final provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions are available on the website https://www.krasiczyn.com.pl and are also available for inspection at the Hotel Reception in Krasiczyn.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the generally applicable Polish law shall apply. The Polish language is used in relations between the Organizer and the consumer.
3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably by the Parties, and if no agreement is reached, by common courts competent for the place of performance of the subject of the Terms and Conditions.
4. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on March 20, 2025.
