The castle in Krasiczyn is one of the most beautiful treasures of Renaissance-Mannerist architecture in Europe. It was built at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries by Stanisław Krasicki and his son Marcin.
Historic decorations
From the castle courtyard, surrounded by arcaded cloisters, you can admire exceptionally rare and beautiful sgraffito decorations depicting biblical scenes as well as medallions with busts of emperors, images of Polish kings, and hunting scenes.
