Castle Hotel Regulations***
In the Castle-Park Complex in Krasiczyn covering the facilities:
Castle, carriage house pavilion, Swiss pavilion, and hunting pavilion
As well as catering venues, conference rooms, public areas, parking, park grounds.
§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Hotel staff highly values your cooperation in adhering to these Regulations, which serve to ensure order, protection of persons and property, and a peaceful and safe stay for Guests at the Castle Hotel in the Castle-Park Complex in Krasiczyn comprising the facilities: Castle, Carriage House Pavilion, Swiss Pavilion and Hunting Pavilion, as well as: catering venues, conference rooms, public areas, parking, park grounds (hereinafter: the Hotel).
- The Regulations define the rules for staying on the Hotel premises by hotel Guests and constitute an integral part of the Agreement concluded by making a reservation of room(s) at the Hotel and/or paying a deposit/full amount for the stay at the Hotel. By performing the above actions, the hotel Guest confirms that they have read these Regulations and accept its terms.
- The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the Hotel premises.
- The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel reception and at www.krasiczyn.com.pl.
§ 2
HOTEL DAY AND ROOM RESERVATION
- The Hotel room is rented by the day.
- The hotel day runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
- The hotel Guest may not transfer the rented room to other persons, even if the period paid for the stay has not yet expired.
- Persons not registered at the Hotel may stay in a hotel room rented by the Guest from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Room rental is only possible by an adult person after presenting an ID document with a photo to the Reception Staff at check-in: for identification purposes and after payment in advance for the entire stay.
- Rules for group/conference/business reservations may be agreed individually with the Hotel Management.
- The Hotel may refuse admission or immediately check out a Guest (shorten their stay on the Hotel premises and the entire Castle-Park Complex in Krasiczyn) who:
- grossly violated the Hotel Regulations during a previous stay causing damage to hotel property or other Guests, or disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the Hotel,
- threatens the safety, physical or mental health, or life of Guests or Hotel Employees,
- harms the image of other Guests, Hotel Employees, or the Hotel,
- refuses to show an identity document with a photo,
- disturbs order, peaceful stay of Guests or operation of the Hotel,
- has not settled payment for the current stay period,
- caused damage to hotel property or property of other Guests, or harm to a Guest, Hotel Employee or other persons staying at the Hotel.
- A wish to extend the stay beyond the period specified at arrival should be reported to reception by 9:00 AM on the day the rental period expires. The Hotel will consider the request to extend the stay depending on availability.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay in case of non-payment for the current period, non-compliance with these Regulations, or lack of available rooms.
- A request to extend or shorten the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should be submitted: before arrival in writing sent to the hotel’s email where the booking was made (such information should include Guest’s full name, arrival/departure dates), after arrival at the Hotel: at the Hotel Reception.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse shortening a stay shown in the Guest’s reservation if the booking was made under a non-refundable offer or if the request to shorten the stay was submitted when changes were not possible due to cancellation terms stated in the Guest’s booking confirmation.
- If the reservation is not canceled within the deadline specified in the booking conditions or if the Guest does not arrive on the planned date, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the first hotel day; if the reservation was non-refundable, the Hotel will charge for the entire reserved stay.
- If the Guest cancels the stay during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for that hotel day.
- If culinary services are charged to the account during the stay, the fiscal receipt will be issued at the Hotel reception upon payment of the services, at the latest at check-out.
- To receive an invoice, the Guest should inform the reception at the latest during check-out.
§ 3
HOTEL OBLIGATIONS
- The Hotel is obliged to provide:
- conditions for full and unrestricted Guest relaxation,
- stay safety, including confidentiality of Guest information,
- professional and courteous service in all Hotel services,
- room cleaning and necessary equipment repairs during the Guest’s absence, and only in the presence of the Guest if requested,
- technically efficient service.
- To ensure peace and order on the Hotel premises and to maintain safety and social coexistence rules, the Hotel may:
- use external companies providing protection of persons and property in the form of physical security,
- use video surveillance with information posted outside near the Hotel entrance.
- At Guests’ request, the Hotel provides free of charge:
- information related to stay and travel,
- wake-up calls at agreed times,
- luggage storage according to the stay period; the Hotel may refuse to store luggage that is not personal baggage.
- The Hotel is liable for loss or damage to items brought by its users within the limits specified in Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
- The Guest should notify the Hotel Reception immediately upon discovering damage.
- The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the Guest is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The limitation applies in accordance with Article 849 of the Civil Code.
- Personal items left by a departing Guest in the hotel room may be sent at the Guest’s expense to the specified address (the Guest orders the courier and informs the Hotel reception of the pickup date). Without such instructions, the Hotel will store the items for four weeks. After this period, the items will be disposed of.
§ 4
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The Hotel provides services according to its category and standard. If there are any objections regarding service quality, Guests are asked to report them as soon as possible at the reception to allow prompt response.
Complaints may be submitted and accepted in writing or by email at the Hotel reception.
Complaints should be made immediately after noticing deviations in service standard.
§ 5
RULES FOR GUESTS DURING THEIR STAY AT THE HOTEL
- Silence is to be observed at the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
- Behavior of Guests and other persons using Hotel services must not disturb the peaceful stay of others or the Hotel’s operation. The Hotel may refuse further service to anyone violating this rule.
- Minors must be under constant supervision of legal guardians while on Hotel premises.
- Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage to Hotel property caused by minors under their care. Rules about minor safety are detailed in the Minor Protection Standards available at www.krasiczyn.com.pl and at Hotel Reception.
- Solicitation and peddling are prohibited on the Hotel premises.
- Excessive noise, causing unpleasant odors, and other activities disturbing or harming other Guests are forbidden.
- Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the furnishings of hotel rooms or common areas except minor rearrangements of furniture or equipment not affecting functionality and safety.
- Use of Hotel premises for filming or recording, including commercial, promotional, or provocative purposes, requires prior written Hotel consent and payment.
- Always check door and window closure when leaving the room and leave the key at the Reception. The Reception issues keys based on the Hotel Card.
- The hotel Guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of Hotel furnishings or technical equipment caused by themselves or visitors.
§ 6
PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- Matters related to personal data processing and protection are detailed in the Hotel’s privacy policy available at www.krasiczyn.com.pl
- The Hotel is under video surveillance. Only images (no sound) are recorded. Data may be shared exclusively with entities cooperating on safety and authorized by law. Recordings are stored up to 6 days and then overwritten automatically.
- Surveillance is conducted to ensure safety of persons and property on the Hotel premises. Detailed information on surveillance and Guest rights is available at the Hotel reception.
§ 7
PARKING
- Hotel Guests may use unsupervised parking.
- The Hotel does not reserve parking spaces.
- The Hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of vehicles belonging to Guests left in the Castle-Park Complex in Krasiczyn.
§ 8
CATERING VENUES
- Within the catering venues which are part of the Hotel, it is strictly forbidden to consume own food and beverages (except water) or carry away food and drinks from breakfast.
- The Hotel does not sell alcohol to minors, intoxicated Guests, or those under the influence of drugs.
- The Hotel does not sell caffeinated or taurine-containing drinks to minors.
- To receive an invoice in the Catering Venue, the Guest should inform the staff before the receipt is issued.
- Entering the Catering Venue automatically implies acceptance of these Regulations.
§ 9
FIRE SAFETY
- Smoking of tobacco products, novel tobacco products (heated tobacco products), e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and other smoking devices is prohibited on the Hotel premises outside designated smoking areas. Violation of this smoking ban may result in a fine of 500 PLN applied to the Guest, which the Guest agrees to.
- If smoking in violation of the ban triggers a fire alarm causing fire brigade intervention, the Guest will be charged for the costs of this intervention, which the Guest agrees to.
- For fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons, and similar devices not provided as room equipment in hotel rooms.
- Unjustified activation of the fire alarm will result in a fine of 500 PLN and, if fire services intervene, additional costs will be charged to the Guest, which the Guest agrees to.
- Storage of hazardous items in hotel rooms is prohibited: weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, signaling, or other materials deemed dangerous.
- Animals may stay for an additional fee. Only healthy animals with valid vaccinations and parasite protection, non-aggressive towards people and other animals, are allowed in the Hotel (only in the Swiss and Hunting Pavilions). Animal owners are fully responsible for their animals’ behavior and are obliged to clean up after them both in the hotel room and across the entire Castle-Park Complex in Krasiczyn, including green areas.
- Animals may stay on the Castle-Park Complex only in designated areas and on a leash. The owner must immediately inform the Hotel reception of any damage caused by the animal. The owner is responsible for material damages and any harm to other animals or people and agrees to cover any related costs if necessary.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or shorten the stay (check out) of a Guest accompanied by an animal if the animal’s presence may threaten or has threatened safety of Guests or Employees or significantly disturb other Guests’ comfort.
