Flavors of Old Galicia at Krasiczyn Castle

On September 24, the event “Flavors of Old Galicia – Culinary Workshops at Krasiczyn Castle” took place there.

During the meeting, we explored the kitchen of old Galicia—discovering traditional flavors, recipes, and products linked to our region’s culinary heritage.

There was also a cooking demonstration by the castle’s chefs. Mr. Maciej Gołdyn and Ms. Bożena Skrętkowska prepared a game dish while sharing traditional preparation methods and characteristic regional flavors.

Finally, it was time to taste and explore the diverse flavors of Podkarpacie. It was also a chance to view regional cuisine through the lens of Old Galicia’s multicultural history.

We thank all participants for their time and interest in our region’s culinary heritage!
